This meeting integrates mindful movement with approximately 20 minutes each of:
Accessible/Chair Yoga or Qigong– Gentle, beginner-friendly movements to ease tension and cultivate presence.
Meditation – A guided savasana - transition to recovery sharing
Recovery Check-in
All are welcome, regardless of experience with yoga or meditation. Come as you are and take what you need.
