    We are a mindfulness recovery support group, not a recovery program. We read a selection of Buddhist recovery literature as a topic for discussion. And spend about half of each meeting in meditation. We enter the building through the southeast entrance. The door is unlocked approximately 10 minutes before the meeting. Prompt arrival is suggested as we begin each meeting with a 5 minute silent meditation. The meeting format is: 5 minute silent meditation practice.
    Half-hour reading and reflection.
    20 minute guided meditation.
    7:00pm Meeting ends with Dedication of Merit.
