    May we and all beings everywhere, without exception, be free from suffering and
    from the roots of suffering, and may our practice be of benefit to all.

    All people in recovery from addiction to any substance, behavior, or process
    and who have interest in studying and practicing Mindfulness Meditation
    and the Buddha’s teachings as part of their recovery are welcome.
    Sunday mornings, 6:45 to 7:45 am, EST.

    All are welcome—no prior experience with meditation or Buddhist studies is required,
    and there is no bar here against any other practice orientation or faith tradition.

    Sunday Sangha for Mindful Recovery is a teacher-led practice and study group, offered by-donation $2 - $20.
    And, if you are currently unable to make a donation in support of the group, teacher, and teachings,
    you are still most welcome to join us.

    Sunday format includes: a reading from Kevin Griffin’s book, “Buddhism and the 12 Steps: Daily Reflections,”
    a Dharma talk, meditation instruction and practice, and time for Q&A or sharing.

    Please Note: Sunday Sangha begins promptly at 6:45am ET, and latecomers are not admitted; waiting room opens at 6:30 am with music for your enjoyment.

    Group meets every Sunday, September through July, with occasional exceptions.

    Chris Warner, M.Ed., CYT, ISTT is a trauma therapist in private practice; she has been teaching yoga, breathwork, mindfulness meditation and the Dharma since 1999; Chris is also a person on a lifelong path of discovery and awakening in recovery.
