We are a group of like-minded people who gather together to deepen our understanding of the Buddha’s teachings and how they can be utilized to better our lives. Using the 4 Noble Truths and the Eightfold path, we discover how these teachings help us to recover from addiction to drugs, alcohol, sex, gambling and many other behaviors that cause suffering in our lives.
