from the roots of suffering, and may our practice be of benefit to all.
All people in recovery from addiction to any substance, behavior, or process
and who have interest in studying and practicing Mindfulness Meditation
and the Buddha’s teachings as part of their recovery are welcome.

All are welcome—no prior experience with meditation or Buddhist studies is required,
and there is no bar here against any other practice orientation or faith tradition.
Sunday Sangha for Mindful Recovery is a teacher-led practice and study group, offered by-donation $2 - $20.
And, if you are currently unable to make a donation in support of the group, teacher, and teachings,
you are still most welcome to join us.
Sunday format may include: check-in, a Dharma talk, meditation instruction and practice, and time for Q&A or sharing. Recordings are generally available for those unable to attend live-streaming.

Please Note: Sunday Sangha begins promptly at 7am EST, and latecomers are not admitted; waiting room opens at 6:45 am with music for your enjoyment.
