A Buddhist Meditation Retreat for People in Recovery

Deadline for enrollment extended to April 15th!

Experience a path toward genuine freedom through Buddhist mindfulness practices designed to support ongoing recovery from impulses and compulsive patterns. This supportive retreat offers ancient wisdom tools to help interrupt cycles of craving, urges, triggers, and habitual behaviors. Participants will learn to meet challenges with mindful awareness rather than automatic reactions, cultivating an inner sense of safety, grounding, and resilience that supports long-term recovery. Please note: This retreat is not a substitute for direct treatment for active addiction. It is intended for participants who are already in recovery—ideally with at least one year on their recovery journey—particularly if their experiences with craving, urges, triggers, or compulsive patterns relate to substance use or process addictions. Family members of individuals experiencing active addiction are also welcome, as the retreat aims to deepen understanding of the roots of addiction and strengthen supportive pathways for recovery.
