This workshop will attend to the resilient heart/mind with
meditation, breath work, inquiry and compassion. Vimalasara will
share practices from their latest book that help soothe trauma, anxiety and habitual behaviors.
A day for anyone who wants to pay attention to their heart/mind.
Vimalasara, an Order Member from Vancouver, BC, is an international public speaker
and has been named one of the leading voices in Mindfulness approaches for
addiction. They work as a space holder for healing, has a private practice, and trains
both professionals and the general public in the field of trauma and addiction. Professor
Ken Hardy writes: “As a clinician, educator, and trainer, this inspiring and insightful
book left me in absolute awe of Mason-John’s wisdom and guidance as one of the
premier social, cultural, and psychological healers of our time.
