Thomas (they/them) strives to bring growth and recovery success to Buddhist Recovery, by integrating 12-step recovery tools with Buddhist principles and infusing their own experience. Thomas’s goal is to replicate areas of high success in the blossoming of Buddhist Recovery.
In Recovery Dharma, Thomas led efforts to deliver the success of weekly 12-step inventory workgroups. This was achieved by Thomas’s steady, slow development of a structure, a schedule, a script, and core guidelines to help members form safe groups to complete weekly inventory-work.
